The hotel is modern and reasonably clean, everything is great. The rooms are beautiful, brand-new, and come with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar. The service is courteous, includes free parking. Pool area is nice, liked this place. The property has the restaurant for breakfast.

Our room was incredible and bright, it had down pillows. Facilities we needed were available: central heating, television and a microwave oven.

As for me, the location was unbeatable and nice, close enough to the Industrial Park, and Cedar Falls and the area. It also was to the convenience store. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel. The location could not have been more perfect, being close to the University of Northern Iowa and right on the river. It was so convenient to access as it was right off the highway. The service provided by the staff here was exceptional. From room service to dry cleaning, housekeeping to laundry, they truly catered to every need. The staff was so personable and interested in providing the highest level of service. They even welcomed me with a refreshing drink upon arrival and offered tours and ticket assistance. Additionally, the amenities in the room were top-notch. The mini-bar, sitting area, and garden furniture added a touch of luxury, while the ironing facilities and hair dryer made sure I was well-prepared. And let's not forget about the gigantic TV, which was a delightful surprise.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was really satisfied with the hotel. It was a fabulous base for staying in Cedar Falls. The location of the hotel was really convenient. I loved that they had an onsite restaurant called Garden Grille & Bar, so we didn't need to go somewhere else. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi.

The manager resolved an incident during my first stay. The draft beer selection at the bar exceeded expectations. Fast flushing toilets decreased noise. The front desk provided extra coffee K-cups. Ethernet jack for internet access available. Réfrigérateur and microwave in room. In-house bar and restaurant perfect for unwinding. Good food and great service. Good stop-off on way to see family.
